Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (flavorless)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds or almond butter

  • 1 tsp honey or date syrup (optional)
