Spaces that Hold a Story

Every space I create is a quiet reflection of what I love natural textures, soft light, and the kind of beauty that feels lived in.

From the calm of my homes in Bertinoro, Marrakech, and Warsaw, to the soul of my restaurant kitchens, design for me is a way to nourish not just the eyes, but the spirit.

Here, I share pieces of those worlds places shaped by time, touch, and intention.

Dar Mounia
A Taste of Morocco in the Heart of Warsaw

Designed and envisioned by Mouni Grasso, Dar Mounia is more than a restaurant it’s an immersive experience where design and cuisine meet in poetic harmony.

The interior reflects the warmth and mystique of Morocco, layered with intricate tilework, handcrafted brass, soft amber lighting, and rich textiles sourced from the medinas of Marrakech.

Each table, each corner, is thoughtfully composed to evoke memory, story, and ceremony a quiet luxury born of authenticity.

Recognized as one of the most beautiful Moroccan restaurants outside of Morocco, Dar Mounia is not just admired for its cuisine, but for its timeless, transportive design.

It is a celebration of Moroccan heritage, translated with elegance and soul into a European setting.

Step inside and be carried somewhere far, without ever leaving the room.

My Marrakech Soul
Where Sunlight Rests and Stories Live

This home holds more than furniture and light it holds parts of me. Built gently with time, scent, and memory, each corner tells a quiet story of return, of belonging.

Marrakech isn’t just where I live it’s where I feel.

The sunlight filters through linen curtains like a whisper, touching woven textures, clay tones, and pieces I’ve carried through chapters of my life.

Here, barefoot mornings meet candlelit evenings, and the table is always set for conversation, for beauty, for ease.

This space isn’t designed to impress it’s meant to hold. To hold calm, creativity, and the everyday rituals that root me.

My Polish Haven
A Moroccan Soul in a Northern Light

Tucked in the heart of Warsaw, my home is where two worlds meet the quiet elegance of Europe and the warm embrace of Morocco. Designed with intention and memory, every corner holds a piece of my journey.

Terracotta plates, candlelit dinners, handwoven textures this space is layered with soul.

It's not just a house, it's a sanctuary. A place where spice and softness coexist, where tradition whispers through modern lines, and where every meal feels like home.

This is where my story continues from Marrakech to Warsaw, held together by beauty, design, and heart.

My Italian Quietude
Where Simplicity Sings and Seasons Breathe

Perched in the hills of Bertinoro, this home feels like a long exhale. The kind of place where windows open to vineyards, and life moves by the rhythm of the light. It’s where I slow down, sip longer, and let the silence speak.

Here, the walls hold stories of olive harvests and morning coffee on warm stone steps.

Clay bowls, wooden tables, linen drapes every element chosen with care, not for show, but for soul.

This isn’t just a house, it’s a stillness I return to where ideas bloom, bread rises slowly, and beauty is always in season.
