Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop collagen peptides (flavorless)
½ ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
A pinch of cinnamon
Optional: sliced figs or berries for topping
Preparation
Step 1
In a small pot, combine oats, almond milk, mashed banana, and chia seeds.
Step 2
Cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring gently until creamy.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in collagen powder until fully dissolved.
Step 4
